Job Description

Do you get excited about MarTech as much as our marketing team and marketing leaders? If you are a Marketing Technology / Operations Manager with 6Sense expertise or an interest in becoming a 6Sense expert this is a great opportunity for you! In this highly impactful role with lots of visibility (remember, we love 6Sense!) you will be a critical colleague of the Marketing Operations team and drive the continued adoption of our predictive analytics tool, 6Sense, and support the execution of reporting & analytics initiatives that deliver insights to the team.

Our marketing tech stack also includes Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Optimizely, etc, to name a few.

With the support of a great Director of Marketing Operations, you'll partner with teams across our marketing org in Business Analytics, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Sales who are driving opportunity creation and capturing market share by leveraging expertise in our marketing tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the internal management for our predictive analytics tool, 6Sense
  • Maintain and enhance 6Sense, focusing on full adoption. The platform must be fine-tuned to support the business with keen attention to continuous improvement for use cases across the marketing, sales, and partner organization
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other reporting tools leveraging 6Sense data to provide visibility into Marketing performance
  • Gather, interpret, analyze business requirements and uses cases to design reporting solutions that help us address the needs of our marketing and sales organization
  • Guide decision-makers by telling a story with the data
  • Provide continuous 6Sense training to support marketing, sales, and partners
  • Stay current with emerging technology and strategies used to support the customer experience
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the team by delivering weekly insights, uncovering demand in the market, and making recommendations for targeting accounts.
  • Requirements :

  • BA / BS in Marketing, Technology or related degree
  • 1+ Year of experience with 6Sense including implementation, driving user adoption, and QA
  • 3+ Years of experience with Salesforce
  • Working experience with Marketo or Eloqua, Wrike or Jira, and Salesforce Reporting
  • Able to communicate effectively across a broad range of executive leaders and colleagues
  • Process oriented with a focus on leveraging data to optimize campaign performance for opportunity creation
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to drive business priorities within the larger organization as well as to work with cross-functional partners to win as one team
  • Technical expertise as well as a strong business acumen who’s passionate about cultivating a data-driven culture
