The Business Process Architect will work on BPO solutions for leading clients that provide Finance, HR, Procurement Services to their customers.
This person is the single point of contact with responsibilities that include : Key Responsibilities+ Understand and translate buyer requirements into the right collection of standard solution offerings, build the solution architecture, work plan, resource sourcing plan, the cost estimates and final proposal leveraging standard process methods and deliverables.
Required Experience+ Fluent in English, level C1+ / 90% or more in written and verbal communications+ Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Studies in Finance, Administration, Accounting, HR and / or Procurement+ 6 to 8 years of leadership management experience+ 6 to 8 years of experience in specific process+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solution Configuration or Deal Shaping for BPO.
Alternatively, equivalent BPO experience in Sales & Sales Support, Finance, HR, Procurement Delivery and / or Transition would be also considered.
