Role Overview :
To support S+N global and regional CRM / SFE initiatives, IT Commercial is building a CRM / SFE team. The team will be involved in delivering, operating and supporting the upcoming CRM projects and services.
The IT Solution Architect is responsible for delivering and supporting solutions and services that measurably improve IT and the Commercial business KPIs.
The individual will contribute to the execution the IT Commercial strategy and roadmap. The position requires strong leadership CRM design, implementation and support experience in large multi-nationals
Design and build Global and Regional CRM / SFE solutions in areas such as Account Planning, Customers Segmentation, Territories Management, Pipeline Management, Opportunities Management, Customer Master Data, Marketing Automation or Service Cloud
Oversees the quality of output arising from solution build and manage the technical integrity and architectural compliance of the solution.
Evaluates and leverage CRM emerging technologies to support the company growth and strategy.
Performs Level 3 support for the Sales Operations systems.
Experience and Skills :
5 - 10 years' experience in leading Salesforce design, build & deployment activities.
Ability to understand and solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications.
Ability to understand and solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation mobile technologies.
Experience in managing and deploying SaaS platforms
Agile delivery and experience working with cloud-based technologies and methodologies
Experience in governing cross-functional / cross-regions solutions and ability to manage processes end-to-end
Strong communication skills, Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences
Ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment and drive harmonization and standardization
Experience in life sciences and / or medical device company preferred
