This position will be responsible for the record, reconciliation and tracking of the activities mainly related to account receivable and Cash processes for LATAM and UCAN entities.
In addition, reports are prepared to support the businesses and corporate in their month end results analysis, as well as develop a role to support the supervisor activities as needed.
Provide accounting and financial services mainly related to accounts receivable and cash processes to support the organization in LATAM and UCAN entities and properly disclosure Financial Statements.
Also, support the supervisor over any requirement or absence. The person in charge of this position should be analytical and have initiative to solve issues, as well as excellent communication, motivation and customer service skills.
Strong attention to details, willingness to learn, ability to follow procedures, and positive attitude are a must, to accomplish the main objectives of the area.
Also, it is key in the support of the supervisor in regard to the coordination tasks, such as, metrics, reporting, audits, revisions, among others.
In addition, the analyst should coordinate special project and work as a teamwork lead.
Bachelor degree in business administration or accounting
External : 3 years previous work experience as Analyst
Internal : HR Policy Internal Promotions
Languages : English level (at least B2+)
Strong accounting knowledge and proved experience
Proficiency in Excel
Systems knowledge : JDE 8.12 / PRMS / HFM
