The Financial Analyst is a key finance role and requires significant cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, operations, and quality.
This role requires excellent business acumen and previous experience working in a cross-functional environment.
This role also requires strong analytical skills and practical application of finance knowledge, areas of support include reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital justification.
The candidate will have a keen understanding of general ledger transactions and cost accounting. Monthly accruals, variance analysis, period closing process, and extensive support of operations with ad hoc analysis are required.
This position will work directly with the Finance Director and will assist with her / his responsibilities, including special projects.
The person in this position sets and acts upon priority requirements with minimal supervision.

5% - Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends.
5% - Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization
5% - Prepare forecast and budget for expenses, headcount, and CAPEX and perform financial analysis of actuals versus forecast and budget.
5% - Monthly CapEx Actuals reporting. Prepare and reconcile actuals against forecast model
5% Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast.
5% - Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
5% - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
5% - Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
20% - Capable of performing complex cost / headcount / expense reconciliations and data validation
10% Support month-end process of different sites with financial analysis of expenses, production variances, headcount, scrap.
5% Other Month End Close Activities : Monthly accruals, reclassification of expenses to ensure accuracy.
25% -Adhoc specific assignments and directives from the Finance Director and determines how to better manage his / her resources to meet schedules and goals.
Education : Required
Minimum, three years completed in University in Business Administration, desired Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance CPA and / or MBA is a plus

A minimum of 5 years in similar positions, similar experience, or closely related experience as a financial analyst in global functions in multinational companies.
