Job Description :

We are seeking an Administration Analyst, to plan, monitor and manage logistics Projects and Programs within the Embedded Logistics Freight Team (ELF) as well as write queries, pull, and analyze data for the Logistics Cost Management (LCM) team.

This role will leverage the appropriate project management methodologies to lead independent Project responsibilities. This dynamic individual will assure aggressive timelines and ensure all requirements are achieved.

You should find satisfaction in completing projects on-time. Communication with senior leaders is a plus in this role. You should enjoy tackling multiple projects of varying complexity and scope.

You will work directly within our Internal Business Units, Procurement teams, Fulfilment teams, Compliance and Regulatory teams, Logistics Cost Management teams, Finance teams, and our External Carriers, Suppliers, RSPs, etc.

  • Skilled in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans and memorandums of instruction.
  • Positive leadership qualities ready to embrace the challenges of organizing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of processes, methods and procedures related to Logistics and Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience working with SOPs
  • Have a good understanding of Incoterms and how they apply.
  • Ability to support deep dive Data Analysis for Actionable outcomes.
  • Extensive computer / PC knowledge required : including spreadsheet software, word processing software and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to create professional level presentations and communications for Leadership reviews.
  • Interact with employees within own department as well as frequent interaction with employees from other groups / departments
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to think and plan strategically
  • Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
