Description Process Executive Costa Rica

In the role of Process Executive for a voice process, you will be required to follow all predefined procedures and adhere to all the laws regarding telesales applicable in the location.

You will be responsible for effectively executing calls of the client’s customers, resolving queries as per deliverables outlined, maintaining voice quality as per standard agreed, handling repetitive calls and striving for target maximization.

In this role you will be responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, Process compliance, customer interactions, knowledge management and process reengineering in order to meet the client goals.

Additionally, you will provide support to supervisor in engagement activities like training, logistics etc.

Location for this position is Costa Rica.

Basic

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
  • Working knowledge of the voice process
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical skills
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
