As a senior leader within the Digital Media Global Customer Engagement team, the Principal, Global Acquisition and Trial will drive the strategy and execution that
delivers growth and sales success for Adobe Acrobat. A deep knowledge of digital marketing practices across customer segments will serve well as we partner with many internal Adobe teams to lead sophisticated, multi-functional initiatives that drive improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention.
This team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures multi-
functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic
partnerships and new initiatives forward. We work cross-functionally to define our campaign and persona-level customer journey requirements across demand
creation, nurture and conversion by segment to maximize long term customer growth. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done, through positive relationships across the organization.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to develop and execute plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
Use data driven business models to optimize acquisition and engagement funnels across all direct routes to market
Obsess over all customer experience journeys, finding opportunities for improvement and drive multi-functional teams to deliver against long-term customer growth goals
Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into impactful recommendations for growth
Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition
Develop and maintain expertise in Adobe Acrobat's key customer segments, and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences
Qualifications / Experience
BS / BA with 8+ years marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting experience
Customer-first orientation, with experience working on B2C products or services
Deep understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results
Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to near term andlonger termsales success
Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
Experience leading multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, communicating supporting facts and data to back up the position
Outstanding communication and social skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
A solid sense of self, balanced with the aim to put team first
Global cultural awareness and experience with in-region teams
Outstanding sense of humor!
