You are responsible for

  • Administration and patching of Windows Servers
  • Wireless controller and Access Point management
  • VMware vsphere upgrade and management
  • Monitoring of Cisco equipment, Dell Hardware, HP Hardware
  • Documentation of processes, WI, structure and configurations
  • Horizontal cabling management
  • Secondary fiber optic internet service
  • Primary fiber optic internet service
  • Link to global Philips network
  • SIP Trunk Telephony Service
  • Software warranty and license administration
  • Certificate Management for Wireless Printers
  • Electronic billing system administration
  • Administration of IP reservations in DHCP
  • Local and Remote Backup Management
  • To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Requires 2+ years’ experience in infrastructure support.
  • Intermediate / Advanced English
  • Requires basic knowledge of phone systems support.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Knowledge of Windows environment and computer hardware and software at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Experienced in remote customer support including wireless LAN access, VPN, DSL, and Cable services.
  • Strong experience in networking environments.
  • Experience in Backups, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows server environments.
  • Experienced in supporting PDA’s (Android, IOS).
  • Experienced in Lean concepts.
