Reporting into the Director, Customer Marketing, you are a creative storyteller who will own content creation for thought leadership and demand generation campaigns and our corporate social media presence.

You are a content creator, with expertise in B2B content marketing & social media strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate storyteller and editorial stylist to research, write and edit in-depth content that convinces prospects and customers of a need for change, challenges conventional thinking, educates them on what they should be seeking, and showcases how 24 7.

You have experience creating content across the buyers journey from thought leadership to demand generation, ensuring brand alignment, analyzing content for SEO and campaign performance, supporting both persona-driven and vertical marketing strategies.

The integrated marketing manager is responsible for writing and editing a range of deliverables, from campaign content and solution briefs to thought leadership blogs and infographic copy, as well as working with outside content developers and coordinating content efforts across several subject matter experts.

Skilled in narrative storytelling and constructing compelling and engaging copy, you will be responsible for the success of our content and digital marketing campaigns.


  • Build and manage a rich content / editorial calendar across the buyers journey for each narrative.
  • Proactively develop, draft, and edit short- and long-form content including ebooks, brochures, infographics, whitepapers, newsletter, blogs, social media posts, videos scripts, print and digital ads, email and landing page copy, and PPT presentations.
  • Create headlines, taglines, messaging statements, narratives, campaign copy, and clear CTAs to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify creative ways to curate and repurpose various content assets for marketing purposes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving goals.
  • Manage corporate social presence including social listening, engagement and leading strategic development and execution of social marketing communications and initiatives that support and build the 24 7.

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in content / integrated marketing
  • Experience in contact center software, digital customer service, customer relationship management
  • In-depth and hands-on experience writing in different voices and tone from corporate professional to academic
  • Demonstrated expertise in content marketing including social media, SEO and digital content strategies and execution
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability to optimize content performance, excellent written and oral communication skills, including executive presentations
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
