The Opportunity

Adobe's Enterprise Tools team is growing! Join a small, but experienced, team with big responsibilities and a central role in product development.

  • We support, company-wide, on-prem and in the cloud : Source code control tools GitHub, Perforce; release engineering, CI / CD tools : Jenkins, CircleCI, others;
  • binary management : Artifactory; defect and feature tracking tools, such as Jira. We provide integrations that bring the product development stack together, for team-supported tools and 3rd party tools.

    We put a lot of effort into governance and analysis of the above tools for efficient use. You will be involved in designing, building, improving, supporting, and maintaining the system.

    What We Do :

  • Automate all parts of the system, from deploying to self-healing mechanisms, with the goal of toil reduction and observability.
  • Maintain and improve existing monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation (deployment, management and availability of our services).
  • Handle issues across the stack focusing on permanent fixes and automation instead of point-fixes.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule, with 12 hour US time zone shifts (not 24 hour).
  • What You Will Need to Succeed :

    BS in computer science, 7+ years of related experience in corporate application support and configuration in large scale, fast-paced environment.

    Extensive experience with Jira administration, development tool integrations, Jira merges, Jira plugins. Experience with REST API’s, Java applications, Java script.

    Experience with Agile methodology, Jira project dashboards, and project metrics. Quality control experience helpful, as well as GitHub, Jenkins, and Confluence.

    Nice to Have :

  • AWS and Azure skills and experience
  • SQL skills, database knowledge
