You are responsible for
Ensure that problems are solved, either by own analyses or by escalation to line support function and chasing the solution.
Train users on MES system, provide advice in the use of the system, support in solving problems and complaints and handle the escalation to the higher support function, in order to minimize the user complaints and maximize the performance of the MES system.
Provides timely resolution of end-user problems following established procedures.
Provide support for production floor in the less time.
As necessary, performs other duties related to the department requirements.

High school Degree or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field..
Basic English knowledge

Computer skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
1+ years of experience working and supporting Manufacturing Industry (Process) and Quality Systems
Changes of documents in Windchill (Redlines, etc)
