As a Customer Intelligence Analyst, in the Customer Intelligence team, you will be responsible for building customer sentiment, analytics, insights, and intelligence, supporting CSII program / product owners with the program / product intelligence and analytics, and building customer intelligence analysis that provides customer centric data-driven decisions for business units within VMware.

  • Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail+ Knowledge of tools and data analysis products such as Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, SPSS, Mode Analytics, Power to build automation and be + Understanding of Data Science methodology, high level knowledge, approaches, and tools+ Understanding of VMware products to influence and drive product instrumentation and data collection+ Experience or knowledge of Voice of Customer and / or Customer Journey Experience / Learning required Qualifications + Experience with advanced data management, analysis techniques, and proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst+ Knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Webi, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
