What you’ll do :
Procurement Buyer will know and utilize the Oracle R12 iPROCUREMENT system to input data, forward, create and approve requisitions and purchase orders related to global Services Procurement based Milestone Oders.
Generate purchases orders and send the purchase order document to the Equifax’s suppliers
In addition the Procurement Buyer will perform standard buyer duties with non-milestone purchases and projects as directed.
Procurement Buyer job includes requisition / PO input and processing, contract review, projects, reporting, use of the Oracle iProcurement system, and provide training and customer support to the internal users about Equifax’s purchase process.
English Proficiency (BELT B2-C1 level)
Bachelors in Business Administration or similar
1-2 years of experience as a buyer / contract analyst
1 - 3 Years of experience working with..legal documents (contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, change orders, etc...)
1+ year basic computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint) and / or GSuite
Extra points for any of the following :
2+ Years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management
Knowledge of accounting in accounts payable areas
