Working as part of the People Operations department, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing HR administrative duties relating to all core processes provided by HR Services.
With a customer focused and professional manner, this role will handle HR processes that may include but not be limited to Onboarding, Immigration, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Employee Referrals and Leadership Programs.
The HR Specialist must become an expert in the process assigned to them, being able to provide optimization proposals, updates to documentation, develop a close and trustful relationship with key stakeholders and be able to deliver the service with compliance and quality.
Duties will also include supporting and educating our stakeholders and employees in using the company's HR System (Workday).
Having advanced communication, attention to detail and positive attitude, the HR Specialist will be able to complete their daily tasks and develop a prosperous career in the team.
The HR Analyst role has responsibility for the following activities : HR Service Delivery 70% Responsible for information, support and explanation on the HR system and administrative activities in support of business processes (in recruitment, onboarding, movement / changes of employees, cadences, compensation, performance, etc.
Responsible for providing services by using all available channels (Chat, ServiceNow ticketing System, Phone Calls) Responsible for customer service information on human resources-related activities, such as query resolution, request management, and troubleshooting.
Complying with data privacy rules and regulations Process Improvements, Projects & Metrics 30% Execute Mass Data changes to support M&A activity, data corrections, org changes, salary review cycles, etc.
Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements Minimal error rates and analyze customer dissatisfaction Collaborate with appropriate content owners to maintain relevant and up-to-date information of the local pages of the intranet and job aids.
Involvement in projects as required Support and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of services and processes.
Required Experience and Traits : 1-2 year experience including experience in HR administrative processes, Onboarding Recruitment or similar positions.
