Job Description

As an Application Support Team member you will provide L2 support by running diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination and troubleshooting of in-

house applications. You will work directly with Application Owners, and the Infrastructure Team. Also you will :

  • Drive all technical and functional issues towards closure (monitor end to end process)
  • Create the tickets (per incident) and track them through lifecycle
  • Installation of Application Packages
  • Installation of application upgrades in different environments
  • Coordinate with L3 support for application bug / enhancement requirement.
  • Deploy patches in multiple environments and track them as needed.
  • Support L3 team during implementation.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in Product / Application Support (L2).
  • ITIL working knowledge.
  • SQL server.
  • Bahcellor's Degree in Computer Science / MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the proper experience.
  • Technical Skills (knowledge of) :

  •, C#, VB Script, Java Script.
  • Application / Domain :
  • Ecommerce.
  • Healthcare.
  • Will be an added advantage if worked on Laboratory related applications.
  • Personal Skills :

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Structured work habits and ability to conform to best practices for software development.
  • Scrum values : Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage.
  • Good verbal / written communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • Ability to work in a complex international environment.
  • Successful teamwork experience is required.
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
