This position will be working in the San Jose, CA area
Here are the minimum qualifications you will need
High school diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience installing and / or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems with a basic understanding of electronics, wiring, local and national codes
Valid state driver’s license without restrictions
It would be awesome if you had these qualifications, but they aren’t required :
Vocational / technical degree in electrical, security, or computer systems
Lenel Certification
IT / Networking Certification or ESA Certified Alarm Technician a plus
Here’s how you can make an impact as a Technician at STANLEY Security :
Perform scheduled and / or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment / systems under contract agreement by inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating systems and equipment to ensure it’s in satisfactory working order
Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assists with contract retention
Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology
