Assist the Associate General Counsel to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and Oracle routines in all LAM entities as well as adherence to company’s policies and procedures.
The senior analyst will be responsible for assisting with providing data-driven insights in support of the company’s third-
party due diligence screening program that promotes ethical standards of doing business.
Responsibilities include assisting sales office management to effectively maintain the third-party risk management Checkpoint process and working with process stakeholders at the Financial Shared Service in Costa Rica in process improvement initiatives and ad-
hoc projects, as necessary.

Degree in business, accounting or information systems
Knowledge in US GAAP / IFRS
Experience in financial or control audits 3 years +
Proficient with Oracle R12, SAP or JD Edwards
Able to work independently with low supervision
Proactive and Self-motivated
Communication skills interacting with a variety of people both inside and outside of the company requires excellent verbal and written skills
Organization skills with specific documentation often required to demonstrate compliance, checklists and other methods of sorting information serve a compliance analyst well
Exposure to multicultural environments
Fluent English- writing and speaking, Portuguese (a plus)
Experience in anti-bribery and anticorruption matters (a plus)
MS Office products : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
