Job Purpose :
This position supports the Chief Data Organization’ Strategic Initiatives team by providing a focused perspective on End-to-End Process Mapping of Citi’s Franchise Critical Processes by :
Leading and executing the mapping of process diagrams for prioritized businesses and functions
Ensure process diagrams are in alignment with Citi’s Process Framework Standards
Manage and address queries / issues on End to End (E2E) process mapping project.
Process mapping, automation, and streamlining processes experience
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with key stakeholders and process subject matter experts across the matrix organization to document and articulate the key activities of data processing and business processes into interaction model diagrams.
Bachelor’s degree required
5 -8+ years of relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services’ operations related or similar industry
3+ years in a process modeling / process mapping function required
4 to 5+ years of leadership and management work experience
Heavy experience in Process Improvement - Process Improvement Specialist with experience applying the tools and techniques of LEAN.
Certified LEAN IDEAL ASQ Certified (American Society of Quality), or other Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience creating Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) & Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
Fluent in English & Spanish (Both Verbal and Written)
Strong people management and conflict management skills
Senior management expectation and partner relationship management skills
Self-starter, quick learner, customer-focused with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently in a fast paced changing environment
Preferred) Knowledge of Citi’s Finance and Risk systems including GENESIS, Full Suite, Product Processors, General Ledgers, Reporting Ledgers
Preferred) Expertise working with Process Flow software such as IBM BlueWorks, TIBCO, etc
Ability to manage matrix organization of peers globally
Advanced expertise working with the Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Strong attention to detail
Strong business acumen in one or more areas of finance and risk preferred
Excellent Presentation Skills Dashboard and Data Analysis
