Provides consulting and coaching on talent solutions with Hiring Managers and act as the single owners on the recruiting process
Primary focus is to provide talent advisory and process expertise to Hiring Managers, consulting and coaching with Hiring Managers on recruiting best-practice
Align Sourcing and Hiring Managers, and present Hiring Managers with a strong talent slate that meets Intel’s talent needs
Provide an excellent HM experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a relationship with the business
Take ownership of shortlisted candidate relationships, present offers and successfully disposition candidates back into Pipeline
Business & Industry Acumen - Knowledge of the internal and external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market, and general talent availability with the ability to translate this to a fact based recommendation to the hiring team, manager.
The recruiter will build a strategic relationship with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, identify challenges in attracting best candidates, and find solutions on how to improve and accelerate the process of enrolling new joiners.
The recruiter will be key point of contact for candidates, and only those that have the potential to be high performers get past his / her screen to be presented to the hiring manager.
Recruiter is expected to become a top partner and consultant to the business in the area of expertise and is expected to establish a reputation as an excellent stakeholder engager, owner, and ambassador of the business employer brand.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferred HR, Business or Technical
4+ years' experience required in recruiting and sourcing functions.
Experience with full life cycle recruiting is required
Expert recruiting skill set that includes hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels
