Job Description
Our fast-growing Private Equity(PE) and Venture Capital(VC) program is looking for a driven, versatile, and enthusiastic Private Equity Alliances Manager to help support revenue growth and retention for Sage Intacct.
The Private Equity Alliances Manager will build new partnerships and manage existing private equity and venture capital partnerships to fuel high growth for Sage Intacct’s direct sales teams.
You will have the opportunity to drive significant value by driving new pipeline generation and net new business alongside the direct sales organization in addition to our channel partners.
You will be responsible for several primary areas : manage existing private equity firm partners, land net new private equity firm partners, and ensuring this helps drive net new adoption of Sage Intacct for private equity-backed companies.
You will also build new relationships with the PE / VC investors to help close existing sales opportunities. The role reports to the Direct of Private Equity / Alliances.
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities :
Oversee existing potential private equity and venture capital firm partners
Source, negotiate, and manage net new private equity partnerships- leveraging a master service agreement as the partnership document
Support new customer sales cycles with account executives and reseller partners across multiple geographies and product lines
Educate both partners and direct sales teams on Sage Intacct and other products
Work across multiple departments to drive new pipeline growth
Support existing customer account manages teams during renewals and escalations
Attend and present at industry conferences relevant to private equity
Train channel partners and internal teams on how to leverage PE / VC to grow revenue
Serve as the voice of the investor internally
Job Requirements :
BS / BA Degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or related fields
7+ years experience in one of the following : B2B sales, Alliances, Private Equity, or SaaS in various customer, prospect, or partner facing roles
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills
Extensive experience of , PowerPoint, Excel
Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently for long periods on large projects
Track record of overperforming quota or objectives
