What You’ll Do
Partner with CE to understand Salesforce Pardot objectives and goals, and implement a framework to achieve success
Administer day-to-day admin activities such as closely monitoring logs and sync issues in Pardot
Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution in Pardot
Partner with CE on data cleansing, data integrity, interpretation, and storytelling of data.
Help implement Pardot best practices across various departments and process flows.
Integrate work-based learning process and data into Pardot
Represent tribe in Working Committee for Pardot
Foster lead generation and cultivation initiatives end-to-end through Salesforce / Pardot and contribute to contact management process improvement.
Assist in the development of Pardot journey maps and automation campaigns that lead to conversion.
Partner with stakeholders to plans for Intl Pardot rollouts and adoption
Suggest / evaluate needs for 3rd party integrations
3 + years of experience in Salesforce CRM
3 + Experience with end user process mapping and training with demonstrated track record of adoption
3+ Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns (Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot)
Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 level BELT)
