We’re looking for someone who understands the talent acquisition space and is able to utilize data to conceptualize results-oriented integrated talent marketing programs.

What you’ll do
Strengthen Adobe’s employer brand by developing and positioning Adobe’s unique employee value proposition to candidates including university, experienced and executive talent.
Grow brand affinity for #AdobeLife and #AdobeForAll.
Conceptualize and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns from top-of-the funnel lead generation campaigns (persona research, online properties, events, advertisements, etc.
to targeted nurture campaigns. This includes managing all aspects of campaigns such as budgets, target audience, channel strategy, content marketing strategy (earned, owned and paid), and measurement.
Grow and manage Adobe’s social media presence on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. This includes aligning content to hiring needs and our cultural moments.
Create memorable experiences that drive engagement You will have the creative license to conceptualize and implement employee and candidate activations that drive engagement and support our recruitment needs.

Data analysis and insights
Measure and report on key performance indicators from our channels and campaigns in order to make informed decisions about channel spend and content strategy to maximize results.
Provide insights and competitive intelligence to the Talent Acquisition team and recommend tailored marketing campaigns based on market data.
What you need to succeed
6+ years of proven work experience as a talent marketer or employment branding practitioner. Candidates with marketing, consulting, PR or advertising experience are welcome to apply.
Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey, including experience conducting market and persona research.
Proven track record executing digital marketing strategies such as content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Able to effectively collaborate with functional teams across the company and external partners such as creative agencies.
Strong leadership and consulting abilities.
Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Experience using Adobe’s creative software and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Pay acute attention to detail and have a high bar for quality.
