The Payroll Reporting Specialist will apply technical knowledge to accomplish moderately complex payroll activities. In this role, you will ensure compliance for country regulations, assist in managing transfers and contribute to providing consultative guidance in the development of guidelines and procedures.
Handle key requirements on new regulations to advise the team on specific law updates for a country or region.
Ensure payroll set up meets legal and fiscal requirements and records are aligned to guidelines.
Provide counseling and advise on local technical payroll regulations.
Ensure accurate payroll process for transfers and related activities.
Analyze and review current payroll to improve methods and control implementation.
Attend conference calls and meetings to gain insights on relevant payroll topics.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience in payroll reporting and strong knowledge of SQL / MySQL databases
Advanced English level B2+
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA programming; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of any visualization tool like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP BO Webi etc.
Excellent in all the time and payroll infotypes in SAP / ADP GV i.e. base pay, additional pay, tax, deductions, leave etc.
Previous experience in a human resources, finance or administration role
Exposure to human resources tools and payroll applications
Previous experience in partner management
Databases knowledge like MS Access, SQL, Oracle, BO, HANA etc. C
Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiative and creativity on challenging projects.
Strong presentation and data visualization skills and proven ability to create well-crafted analytical presentations
Experience leading integrated design validation sessions and confirming business requirements
