Finance Operations team is seeking self-driven Sr. Business Systems Analyst with a strong owner’s mindset, relentless customer advocacy, and frontline obsession to drive roadmaps for the cash application tools.

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst must be strategic and detail oriented, have strong experience working with technology teams in accounting and finance areas, robust interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive systems and change management processes.

The expectation will be for you to provide day-to-day support, management of upgrades, and assisting with implementations.

This person will need to roll up his / her sleeves, work independently, and have an extremely high level of ownership and ability to dive deep.

Responsibilities include :

  • Collaborate with internal business teams and stakeholders to help design, document, maintain and improve related business processes.
  • Develops necessary documentation, support, and training for formal hand off to operations.
  • Own the roadmap for existing and new cash application tools.
  • Mange the intake process for new requests, create business case and gather requirements.
  • Write Business Requirements Documents.
  • Work with the cross-functional teams to manage prioritization.
  • Manage the project progress and report regular status.
  • Work with the training teams to develop content for new features, send communications and provide training.
  • Partner with the reporting teams to ensure reporting integration, new reporting changes and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and analyze information, communicate key insights.
  • Own the accuracy, availability and metrics definitions for global reporting.
  • Drive adoption of the cash application tools.
  • Identify gaps in the technology and work with the teams to drive improvements.
  • Anticipate, measure and mitigate risk from IT changes to the operations
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive controllership across global processes.
  • Detailed oriented and well organized with ability to work well under pressure
