About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITYIntegral member of the Global Performance Management Center of Excellence within BES, responsible for driving performance across the organization ABOUT YOUA driven and analytical business professional with demonstrated learning agility who can navigate in a dynamic environment and provide data and analysis to help the team meet key deliverables and drive business performance across the organization.

This role requires strong Financial and Analytical skills with a high sense of intellectual curiosity to distil complex sets of data into clear insights and actions.

You must be comfortable navigating financial systems to retrieve information and able to understand and execute analytical models.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Execute financial analysis frameworks, reports and models.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics as well as communicate their variance analysis .
  • Development presentations, papers and reports for key stakeholder and standing meetings.
  • Extract, organize and analyse information and data from financial systems for reporting, problem solving or query answering.
  • Support the Annual Planning Process and review and analyse regional and global plan submissions.
  • Support the development of strategies for remaining competitive in today’s marketplace.
  • Skills and Experience

    SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Impeccable MS Excel modelling skills and ability to execute financial modelling, analyse results and organize in presentation format.
  • Ability to navigate financial systems and extract data; knowledge of COGNOS / TM1 a plus.
  • Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data and interpret a wide range of information using findings to make proposals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in both writing and speaking as well as good listening skills to understand the organization’s problems and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work with managers and other employees of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s reporting needs.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and iterations, using time efficiently to complete projects on time.
