Description

The Credit Team Supervisor will provide guidance for processing new credit limit request, maintenance and oversee a team that handles credit to cash activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Directly lead our credit team depending on scope and complexity.
  • Oversee new business migration activities and processes to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and cultivate robust business relationships with partners, focusing on process maturity.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of directly related work experience
  • Advanced English level B2+
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel strong abilities)
  • Experience in shared services environment
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications
  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in finance operations with expertise in credit-to-cash processes
  • Management experience working in a diversified industry or commodity core industry
  • Experience leading a large team of people across finance and accounting with concentration toward cash to credit
