Design, improve and maintain The Hub (Thomson Reuters internal web community network) Procurement pages including but not limited to improve navigation experience, content relevance and interaction level.
Design and implement a change management control for all The Hub Procurement pages content updates.
Monitor The Hub Procurement pages traffic and engagement metrics to better align content and communication strategies for internal procurement stakeholders.
Design and deploy key digital visual charts, diagrams, process flows, and concept models to better explain complex processes to final users.
Manage Thomson Reuters Main External Web Page for Suppliers.
Identify and manage the critical Procurement process success factors from customer perspective.
Assess, design and implement a customer satisfaction measurement model for all global Procurement processes including but not limited to quarterly / annual global surveys, results analysis, opportunity identification and improvement plan definition and coordination.
Execute Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Graphic Design & Marketing, Community Management, Systems Engineering or equivalent combination of experience.
3-5 years of experience in customer service, customer experience excellence, community management or similar.
Highly skilled at written and oral communications and ability to work collaboratively with business partners
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook and the ability to use and learn multiple survey systems (examples include : SurveyMonkey, Survey Gizmo, SoGoSurvey, ZohoSurvey, etc.)
Robust communications and customer satisfaction acumen and analytics skills with a high proficiency in data analysis.
Experience in influencing and communicating to an executive audience
Highly motivated and ambitious to deliver value to end customers and business
Proficiency in basic user experience (UX) concepts is a plus.
Procurement experience is a plus.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Photoshop, Illustrator & After effects (adobe packages) experience is a plus.
HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
