At NI Costa Rica, we are looking for a highly diligent administrative assistant to drive critical tasks and support the NI Costa Rica General Manager.
NI Administrative Assistants play a key role in increasing employee engagement and business effectiveness. They are essential in adapting to the ever-changing pace of managing and integrating different departments, expanding the site’s productivity by proactively seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies, and collaborating within the different functional areas both locally and globally.
In addition, you will have the chance to grow diverse skills as you engage with high-performing NI talent. Your success will depend on proactivity, creativity, and execution with leaders and stakeholders of the site.
Here’s what an ordinary day might look like :
Your main task will be managing and organizing the GM’s agenda according to business priorities and goals.
You will have the opportunity to support cross-functional teams by performing some basic project management to drive execution.
You will display your creativity by designing and building presentations, documents, emails, reports, and SharePoint pages to support the leadership team and site strategy.
It’s your job to build positive relationships, influence and act as a trusted collaborative partner ensuring an effective team dynamic.
You will be part of a Global Admin Team in charge of scheduling, coordinating, and participating in some global meetings.

Minimum requirements :
Have a Technical or College degree (preferred but not required in careers like Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and similar).
Have an Advance English Level (B2+).
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Are a self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Have impeccable prioritization, and time management abilities.
Have exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Possess a proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
Have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
You need at least 4 years of experience supporting senior managers in order to perform at the expected level.
