Amazon's advertising design and user experience team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Sr Visual designers to create pixel perfect eCommerce advertising experiences across Amazon.com, Kindle and Mobile.
As a Sr Visual Designer, you are passionate about visual customer experience, and delivering world-class graphic solutions.
You have demonstrated success translating business goals to an inspiring creative direction. You start with the customer in your thinking, understanding that what you do is critical to creating a successful, consistent shopping experience.
Your primary focus will be to design complex visually compelling and effective advertising creatives for internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business.
Prior experience in an agency or media environment creating advertisements for global brands is required you have to be passionate about visual customer experience, and delivering world-class graphic solutions.

As a candidate you will have a comprehensive understanding of graphic design processes and software, specifically for graphic production, along with an expertise in digital marketing.
Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail, and an excellent ability to communicate.
An online portfolio and previous design experience are required.

Collaborate with account managers, peers and leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions to build a superior vendor, as well as customer, experience.
Review and provide design feedback to fellow designers
Innovate and raise the creative design bar
Produce, graphics, templates, layouts, , vendor proofs and visual standards for customer facing physical assets.
Provide and manage design documentation and specifications.
Proactively manage time and deadlines.
Work closely with fellow local and international Designers to ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency and customer experience.
Participate in global initiatives to improve creative standards and internal processes in order to guarantee only the highest standards of customer experience and graphic execution are delivered to our customers.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Visual Communications / Graphic Design or commensurate design experience.
5+ years of Agency environment experience producing design or equivalent demonstrated experience.
A remarkable portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition as the level desired for the application. (Please include its link on your resume).
Experience in graphic design, digital production, and project management of print and electronic products throughout product life cycle.
Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards.
To approve the required assessment, evaluated by Hiring Manager's discretion.
Mastery of the principals of design, color theory, typography and graphics file creation optimized for digital media.
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and self-prioritize.
Ability to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner, maintaining effective written and oral skills.
Exceptional computer skills using Mac publishing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and other graphic programs as well as Microsoft Office.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to deal with ambiguity.
Strong time management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Experience defining or maintaining design style guide
Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX and UI Design beneficial.
Expert understanding of graphics creation and manipulation optimized for palette, size, and speed of download.
A proven ability to work for multiple teams across a broad range of product ranges and synthesize feedback and input from product teams, copywriters, marketers.
