POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure order processing teams are meeting quality and productivity standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and prioritize teams' work activities to ensure business objectives are met including efficient processing to record revenue in appropriate timeframes.
  • Identify coaching & training opportunities to develop teams.
  • Communicate organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to ensure consistency in results across sites.
  • Assists with the hiring process.
  • Prioritizes order processing work across teams to ensure orders are efficiently and effectively handled.
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6-8 years of experience OR Masters Degree with 4-6 years of experience required.
  • Degree preference in Finance, accounting, business or economics.
  • Prefer Masters Degree in related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :

  • Strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick analytical decision making; understands implications of decisions.
  • Is very organized, balances multiple priorities and day-to-day responsibilities with long-term strategic work.
  • Delegates effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Requires advanced verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal customers and co-
  • workers in multiple locations.
