The primary role of the Channel Account Manager, VIP Marketplace will be to lead and drive migration & net-new ARR (annual recurring revenue) within identified resellers specific to Adobe’s VIP Marketplace commerce platform.

  • Partner with and support business directives of Lead Channel Account Managers and Sales leadership to drive adoption and growth of VIP Marketplace
  • Identify new resellers, recruit and onboard them into Adobe’s VIP Marketplace ecosystem
  • Business planning and sales execution (pipeline, opportunity management) based on an understanding of Adobe and reseller business priorities and GTM initiatives.
  • Be the authority for VIP Marketplace across the Americas sales team. Educate, enable and mentor CAM and reseller specialist teams and serve as the point of escalation
  • Influence program design and drive all current marketing & product promotions for VIP Marketplace to the reseller salesforce
  • Co-sell and seek out "end-user" cloud marketplace ecosystem cross-sell opportunities (Business Applications, Communication & Collaboration, Security, and more) with reseller sales representatives
  • Make effective use of cross-functional resources and understand how to use these resources and abilities to implement plans and achieve results.
  • Understand progress to target and recommend solutions to close potential gaps.
  • Establish executive level reseller engagement
  • Identify and call out key inhibitors to achieving sales results
  • Act as the voice of the partner to internal Adobe constituents
  • Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills.
  • Up to 25% travel within North America.
  • 5 years channel / reseller sales experience, with prior Cloud Marketplace and Microsoft ecosystem experience preferred
  • Knowledge, skills and experience related to Cloud Marketplace platforms used by channel partners.
  • BS / BA or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Able to clearly articulate Adobe solutions and licensing programs to customers over the phone.
  • Motivated by individual and team achievement.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe & Technology industry.
