Your Responsibilities : We are looking for a P2P Helpdesk Supervisor attending North America.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :
Coordination of the daily delivery of the Helpdesk services in terms of issue resolution, response to users, according to agreed SLAs.
Set, track and lead improvement, efficiencies and ticket reduction roadmap for the Americas Helpdesk
Effectively coach agents based on identified areas of need
Monitor workload and provide feedback on performance along with team leader.
Coordination of team and people activities in terms of vacations, backups, 1 : 1 s and other people manager responsibilities.
Act on any team related Negative and Neutral VOC (Internal and External) along with the Reporting and QA Senior.
Proactively makes recommendations on how to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible of all people manager activities related to the team : engagement, hiring, on-boarding, HR practices, 1 : 1’s, performance assessments, talent development and career planning.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
University career completed (Bachelor)- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.
More than 4 year working with Procure to Pay and Procurement Operations knowledge on Helpdesk activities and end to end P2P process.
MS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel
English Level : B2
Ability to understand SAP natural functionality for each master data object.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
French will be considered a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
