This position focus on the full life cycle of recruiting

This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments and agencies.

  • Handle the full cycle of recruitment from beginning to end.
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, when required.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems. (Talent Space)
  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Documenting processes and best practices.
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
  • Makes the formal job offer
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Create, maintains, and files employee records.
  • In charge of coordinate mandatory trainings for new hires.
  • You Must Have

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3 years
  • Experience looking for technology positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (Talent Space)
  • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment / employment programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online / social
  • media recruiting.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
