The Audience Consultantposition is a client-facing role requiring both technical andbusiness / marketing knowledge and skills, and he / she will be responsible forrealizing the full potential of the Data Management Platform (DMP).
The keycontribution of the role is to create a better connection and engagementbetween the brand and consumers using data from different sources.
Audience Consultantworks together with various teams (example : eCom, Analytics, CRM, Marketing) toidentify / create / manage key audiences, engagement strategies, measurements, anddevelop insights that will deliver growth in acquisition and retention throughthe online marketing channels.
Audience Consultantunderstands directions and value proposition of various platform within DMPmarket landscape - ultimately providing partnership to the client in developingmarketing infinity loop life-cycle.
Key Responsibilities + Work with clients tostrategize and drive their audience creation and activation effort and extractbusiness value from DMP + Help identify andcreate / optimize custom segments to be used by a range of teams + Help client implementthe solution and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that theimplementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solvetechnical issues when they arise + Provide technical andbusiness consulting to aid the adoption of DMP within client organizations,with a strong focus on business outcomes + Deliver best practices,learnings and business & technical consulting where needed + Manage customerexpectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope + Strive to continuouslyimprove the DMP, coordinating data across a range of 1st, 2nd and 3rd partydata sources + Analyze performance ofcampaigns and sharing insights with the wider organization + Maintaining taxonomy andclassifying behaviors + Analysis of audiencedata to find new interesting segments + Work together with mediaagencies, ensuring full adoption on their end + Managedaily / weekly / monthly reporting for overall campaign performance as well asone-off requests + Leverage channel dataand industry developments to identify and execute tests, enhance reporting, andidentify key levers and opportunities to implement optimization to improveperformance Required Experience + Prior DMP experience is essential + Experience in Adobe Audience Manager is a plus + Basic knowledge on : analytics (google / adobe), campaign, CRM, media buying + Strong English language (written and verbal) communication skills + Deep understanding of advertising technologies, targeting, conversion and data collection + Clear view on how media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized digital marketing experience + Good relationship building skills;
an ability to create rapport + Strong time management, planning and organizational skills + Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills + Experience in programmatic marketing, A / B Testing, Marketing automation, Web analytics is a plus
