Fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Media (DME) Finance team as we continue to build a top-class FP&A team that provides analytics insights and strategic business partnership and actively drives our rapid topline growth and margin expansion.
What you'll do : Planning
Lead financial planning for DME. Architect the P&L profile, develop and communicate targets, lead overall planning process, evaluate final results and synthesize and communicate to CFO and leadership team.
Planning cycles include in-quarter rolling-forecast, annual budget and 3-year strategic plan, each with a different focus of strategy & execution optimization
Process Excellence, Forecasting & Close
Lead monthly forecasting & consolidation for the multi-billion P&L, including quarterly close, monthly outlooks and detailed quarterly rolling forecasts.
Build and coordinate an efficient process across all divisional controllers and business teams, with a clear framework to evaluate investment decisions.
Independently communicate and present all forecasting / close and day-to-day decisions with the divisional CFO.
Investment Analysis & Insight
Develop models & metrics to evaluate all core investment, including variable marketing, transaction costs, sales channel efficiency and, R&D headcount to support the leadership team make smart and quick investment decisions.
Own & lead key investment reviews such as the monthly initiative reviews and quarterly org & workforce review . You will also develop and product level P&Ls to understand & optimize investment allocation at a granular product level.
Systems, Reporting & Automation
Drive efficient reporting, visuals that speak for themselves and self service tools though smart use of the latest finance tools! Be the primary finance contact with the Adobe finance systems team and help make finance data and operating metrics easy to find and use.
Coaching & Mentoring
In addition to your immediate team, coach and mentor the extended finance analysts and controllers including establishing regular cadences to exchange information & requirements.
You will be considered an SME for all areas of the P&L with a track record of collaborating with and influencing peers, to achieve critical team goals
What you need to succeed :
10+ years of making a difference, preferably in FP&A!
Love business and want to drive both topline and margin growth
Experience supporting a multi-billion dollar P&L and ability to establish process to efficiently provide insights
Pro" level experience with finance and analytics systems such as Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan, SAP, SQL
