Job Description A Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for providing support to the internal and external customers requesting the services of the organization, including but not limited to supplies specialists, Client Managers, AMS MS business operations, other BPAs, managers, others.
The BPA will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and will act as a process and subject matter expert supporting standard tools and processes for end users.
BPA should be able to provide automation - especially to repetitive or time consuming tasks, KPI and metric reporting. The BPA will drive team performance based upon KPI, and make recommendations to the processes and tools to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Additionally, a BPA supports the supplies specialist in their daily tasks providing accurate documentation and sources that enrich the customer experience in every transaction.
This person would have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. Should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities : Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
Documentation, implementation and standardization of processes and work flows. Create and implement initiatives, business process improvement and development Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements.
Identifying issues and risks. Active participation in business transitions, tools updates, business migrations and implementations.
Communicate business changes and updates. Use statistical tools and methodologies and apply them in process improvement & simplification.
Requirements & Qualifications : Studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent experience.
High level of competence with Excel. Experience with macros a plus. Experience with Access, Power BI, SQL or other reporting tools highly desired Project management skills Excellent spelling and grammar skills Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflow.
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups Change management skills Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Proven Leadership Attributes (able to motive oneself and others). Customer focused with conflict resolutions skills Knowledge of the organization's tools and processes Ability to interact with users in other Regions.
Six Sigma & LEAN know-how is a plus.
