Major Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform tracking for shipment updates for specified customer accounts and monitor current shipment activity to ensure on time delivery.
Monitor continuous freight movement and ensure accurate detailed information is communicated on potential issues.
Maintain continuous freight tracking updates through arrival at destination. (ADA)
Verify data accuracy between WorldTrak and partner websites.
Identify potential service issues and proactively work to ensure details are clearly documented in WorldTrak to help provide customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage status updates in World Track to transition potential service delays to the escalations team.
Participate in cross training and continuous skills development.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Understand the differences between teams and effectively collaborates to ensure a flawless delivery experience for our customer.
Available to work after hours and on national holidays as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
English B2+ (Upper intermediate level).
Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel (intermediate level), Word and PowerPoint.
High School Degree.
Bachelor's degree- In careers related to the company business (preferred).
1+ Years tracking Experience.
