We’re seeking a Jr. Analyst, of Strategy and Performance, based in our Santa Ana,Costa Rica office Sound interesting? Here are some specifics :
Support decision making through data-driven arguments and deep analytical thinking
Creating, developing, and updating daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly KPI tracking reporting process (using tools such as PowerBI, and excel)
Liaising with teams across the company to further the contributions of our team
Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product comparisons
Supporting strategic initiatives and adapting to the requirements of new project environments
Communicating and presenting to senior executives
Creating effective data visualizations to clearly communicate relevant facts and insights
Preparing and maintaining process documentation for internal team activities
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings; preparing necessary presentation materials and following up on key next steps.
What you will need to succeed :
Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
Relevant experience within the financial industry
Relevant master’s degree preferred but not a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills English Level : B2+ (76% minimum)
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Driven and Inquisitive Analytical and problem solver
Detail-oriented personality and great professional-networking skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
Mid-level experience in Excel
Advanced level experience in Word and PowerPoint.
