Integrate Workboard platform with on-prem identity management platform for authentication and SSO.
Integrate Workboard platform with other collaboration platform such as Jira, Confluence, O365, G-suite, etc.
Review existing and new features that get added to Workboard platform for impact to colleagues and the business
Point of contact for escalated and unresolved issues related to Workboard; willingness to become a Workboard expert
Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation
Coordinate and collaborate with other stakeholders (Legal, IT-Security, Compliance, etc.) on a frequent basis
Follow Change Management process for all changes to production systems, including documenting all changes made to systems
Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards
Ability and willingness to work extended hours or modified schedule for planned or emergency work
