We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a Learning and Performance Program Manager.
The Learning and Performance Program Manager will use a data driven approach, identify the biggest problems and opportunities facing our Learning and Performance organization, define and implement the solution, and then report out to multiple groups of stakeholders on the impact of our solutions.
Building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups is crucial in this role. You will partner with multiple groups of stakeholders to adequately and efficiently meet the needs of the business, employees, and most importantly of all, our Selling Partners.
We believe that standardization of process reduces waste and leads to more effective development and deployment of training at scale.
