Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.

Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences / meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal / external communication documents.

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel as required.
  • Prepares agendas, reports, notes and actions for meetings.
  • Prepares pre-meeting requirement and distributes actions to the team and follow up on those action to ensure completion.
  • Performs post-meeting requirements and distributes notes and actions as required.
  • Performs follow up on actions tracking progress.
  • Maintains confidence and keeps information confidential.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of directors supported
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Education and Experience Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent education in related field
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise in software : Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
