The Account Payable Analyst primary responsibility is to ensure that daily draft / direct debit payments are processed and invoices applied in a timely and accurate manner, including an end of day reconciliation of the accounts into our Finance system (Oracle).
In addition, the Account Payable Analyst will be responsible for other Account payable transaction entries (i.e. write-offs, offsets, internal adjustments) into Oracle.
The Account Payable Analyst will be responsible for month-end corrections of assigned accounts and possibly other miscellaneous transactions entries.
