The Opportunity

The Commerce team is responsible for driving Adobe’s worldwide commerce strategy & roadmap. The mission of the team is to enable world-class user experiences and make transacting with Adobe flawless.

Increasing Enterprise revenue across Digital Media and Digital Experience products is a major growth driver for Adobe.

You will play a key role in developing the vision, strategy and relentless innovation to deliver platform features and experiences that deliver exceptional value to our enterprise customers.

You must use a data-centric, customer-centric approach to balance long-term strategies with short-term tactical optimization opportunities.

We are looking for thought leaders experienced in enterprise Commerce for cloud-based software with an excellent track record of influencing and leading the execution of complicated product requirements through multi-matrix organizations.

What you'll Do

Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap

Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams

Collaborate with Engineering, UX designers & partners spanning BU, Sales, IT, and finance to create industry leading, streamlined customer experiences and capabilities across the end to end B2B enterprise commerce journeys

Align key partners on vision, roadmap and prioritization of platform capabilities

Evangelize and test new business ideas with partners; drive implementation to completion with key success metrics and business impacts

Generate effective platform strategies to dramatically increase time-to-market and value to Adobe and our customers based on insights and data

Make tough trade off decisions to get the biggest bang for the buck

What you need to succeed

5+ years of experience B2B cloud-based software serving large enterprise customer segments encompassing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution, promotions, subscription management, invoicing, metering and billing capabilities

Deep understanding of all the user personas & customer journeys involved and their unique needs

Strong customer empathy, product ownership, bias for action and sense of urgency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to influence all partners

Comfortable with ambiguity and agile to adapt to evolving product strategy and priorities

BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited University / College is required; MBA is a plus

Based at the Adobe headquarters in San Jose, CA.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary : $128,100 - $166,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
