The Opportunity :
Adobe’s Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. As a part of Adobe customer solutions team, we consider Adobe Marketing as our Customer Zero and our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs and operations across multiple channels.
We are looking for a motivated and resolved Engagement manager to plan, build, and execute scalable, predictable and repeatable engagements and programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer retention by utilizing ACS Teams in India.
In addition, this role demands partnership on broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Go to Market Business Unit, Display, Search, and Web teams to find opportunities, plan and projected pilots and build an impactful engagement with the help of your peers and team members in ACS.
What you'll do
Rebrand the Marketing Operations team into a strategic Partner for Adobe Marketing Teams
Ensure continued business and partnership development by bringing in newer opportunities to work with multiple teams within Adobe to drive Marketing efforts to our external customers
Build positive relationships and work well with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
Get deeper insights of the business across product marketing strategies and improve ACS's ability to get results according to business needs
Facilitating and acting as operations and partners concern focal point for Americas results onshore while prioritising multiple tasks and internal partners
Proactively ensuring that the final Marketing Operations that’s delivered has a high quality with minimal risk to operations and customers.
Responsible for calling out risks, facilitating and or implementing all systems, processes, and to allow our onshore and offshore operations organization to efficiently operate and maintain high productivity
Develop comprehensive delivery plans (including business objectives, timelines, and budgets), and ensure relevant risks are mitigated
Define project scope, results and roles and responsibilities in collaboration with business partners and project team members.
Participate and lead regular status and internal management meetings.
Participate in the development of cost benefit analysis, associated budgets and tracking of actual costs spent vs budget and regularly reporting on project status to management.
Provide regular feedback on the operations, personnel and business partners
Determined to make the decisions expansive and inclusive by working cohesively with Offshore leadership teams and personnel
Empower Offshore to go extra mile by sharing a vision on the scale and growth of Marketing opportunities within Adobe.
What you'll need to succeed
Have a proven project management skills and an excellent understanding of your partner landscape, business case principles, as well as of operational and project environments;
both tactical and strategic
Can demonstrate proven project management-related experience, including resource coordination, cost management, planning, reporting, and vendor management
Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with an ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Robust analytical approach with an aim to experiment - ability to use data to identifying trends and drive decision making
Have an independent, organized, and structured approach to your work, yet have the ability to work without a structure in place
Detailed and Results Oriented, Validated critical thinking and problem solving skills,
Project Management certification desired. Strong customer management and interpersonal skills
Proficient on MS Office, Project Management tools
Excellent communication while influencing without authority
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration and / or equivalent educational or professional experience and / or qualifications.
An advanced degree is also preferred.
12+ years of in-depth experience in Program Management (IT) andor Engagement Manager role
Experience leading Agile / Scrum projects
Experience in Adobe Marketing Tools and Technologies is helpful!
