YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the different phases of a project : preparation, scoping, analysis and design, implementation and stabilization.
  • Ownership on the project plan and fulfillment of deliverables and timeline.
  • Manage appropriately change management and prepare the organization for future changes related to a project.
  • Ensure processes are properly documented.
  • Manage the project stakeholders’ expectations and deliverables, respecting timelines and project plan.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Manage risks and issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues on different professional levels inan international and multi-cultural environment.
  • Report the project status to Advisory Board members (on senior management level) and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to the established project methodology (deliverables, milestones, project standard tools).
  • Contribute towards adaption of the deliverables based on project needs and prior expertise.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects.
  • Propose and implement best practices to maintain high quality in project methodology.
  • Responsible for ensuring project stays in line with the assigned budget
  • Set up a project budget (mandays) and align with the sales department and review correct assignation of GETs (Global Efforts Tracking).
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • University or commercial degree in Economics or Business Administration or relevant professional experience.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a project environment as Project Lead of medium to large sized projects.
  • PMI Certification. (desirable)
  • Knowledge in ITIL, COBIT, PMI and SCRUM. (desirable)
  • Good know-how of the area of operations in scope of the project.
  • Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and coordination capabilities.
  • Organized and structured.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent English language skills other languages will be appreciated.
  • MS Office applications skills.
  • Geographical mobility.
