Responsibilities

End to end program management responsibility for chipset development : from requirements to schedule and budget, with strong focus on customer deliverables

Lead multi-site, multi-discipline project teams to successful program completion

Organize and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product development targets are met, on schedule and within resource constraints

Develop and track project plans together with engineering leads

Own project execution metrics. Define priorities. Manage risks and mitigation plans

Manage stakeholders : timely, objective communication and reporting

Qualifications

Education : A bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience : A successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong track record of driving IC programs with embedded software.

This person will have spent significant time as a program manager for complex projects.

Skills

We seek a technically astute individual who can communicate effectively to engineers and customers.

This role utilizes engineering talent in a matrixed organization. The right person needs to know how to effectively manage in this set up and deliver a quality product.

Leading with a sense of urgency in a rapidly evolving and competitive space

Subject matter expertise in at least one major domain of IC / RF / SW development

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
