Talent Acquisition, Senior Sourcing Recruiter (SWAT)
VMware is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter (Contract to FTE) to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our team is responsible for delivering a a robust candidate pipeline, while building a world class partnership with candidates, other recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Our team of sourcing recruiters engage with the external market to provide proactive sourcing strategies and market intelligence to our array of stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Stakeholder management including planning / expectation setting, establishment and ongoing assessment of candidate criteria, and detailed sourcing plans.
Accountable for delivery of a diverse set of qualified candidates.
Responsible for providing market intelligence to stakeholders.
Accountable for adopting and promoting the use of VMware tools and systems.

Can understand technical job requirements and qualify candidates based on those requirements.

Has a deep understanding of the client's business, including strategic direction, priorities and goals and translating that to the relevant candidates and candidate pools.
