We are looking for a passionate cloud network engineer that will effectively respond to critical customer outages related to system faults and issues within the infrastructure, while maintaining and supporting the integrity of the entire company platform.

Responsibilities :
Assist in migrating functions and networks to private, public, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Design, plan and implement client-specific cloud solutions
Ensure the cloud network is responsive to user demands
Scale cloud services to serve growing businesses
Troubleshoot issues which arise
Liaise with business owners and / or stakeholders to determine growth plans
Monitoring usage of cloud network
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
Provides level 2 escalation of support tickets
Effectively respond to critical customer outages related to systems faults
Work with various vendors on problem tickets and drive vendors to resolution and root cause
Develop and maintain appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current
Ensures optimum efficiencies for the utilization of cloud services.
Skills Required :
Strong knowledge of AWS networking fundamentals including transit gateway and VPC configuration components such as route tables (attachments, associations and propagations), subnetting, elastic IP, and elastic network interfaces
Experience and operational knowledge for various connectivity options available in AWS such as direct connect services, TGW peering, VPC private link, VPC peering, VPC endpoint services, Internet gateways, NAT gateways, VPN gateways, and transit gateway connect
Strong working knowledge of terraform and understanding of CIDC workflow process / tools such as GIT and terraform enterprise for the purpose of maintaining infrastructure as code of AWS networking components
Expertise on VPN and Firewalls
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, Network Balancers, S3, Cloudwatch, Route53, API GW, Lambda function, Cloudfront, ECS, etc.
Docker Container experience
4-5+ years of System Administration
4-5+ years of intermediate Linux Administration experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.)
4-5+ years of intermediate Cloud technologies experience (such as AWS)
4-5+ years of Networking experience (TCP / IP, UDP, DNS, TLS)
4-5+ years of Experience with Troubleshooting / Support experience
Understanding of container technologies
Great communication skills (English B2+ or above)
