Adobe is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Business Solutions Analyst who can partner with IT and Business teams to understand business problems, develop, and deliver the right technology solutions and maintaining existing technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to build solution strategies, work hands on with architects, business partners, developers, and operations team members in the Customer Support organization.

You will build relationships with other organizations within Adobe namely and not limited to, Engineering, Product Management.

Stay updated with Industry Strategy in order to understand and influence customer / market needs in Architecture, Engineering, and Customer Experience space.

What you'll Do

  • Works closely with Business and IT teams to understand requirements, design and develop solutions using standard methodologies.
  • Participates in large scale initiatives involving other teams
  • Collect business needs, drive prioritization of requirements and create functional design specification documents.
  • Analyze ambiguous technical and customer situations and determine appropriate solutions, as necessary.
  • Works with project managers and project sponsors to provide enterprise solutions to specific business problems and issues across many domains
  • Prepares and presents project documentation for the stakeholders
  • Evaluates design approaches, makes architectural recommendations, and implements improvements to adoption strategies
  • Presents point of view on implementation roadmap to multiple types of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ideas to key stakeholders and Engineering team by building Prototypes and high impact presentations
  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience working on a large scale, customer-facing, web, and cloud applications
  • 5+ years of CRM Experience (SFDC / Microsoft CRM Dynamics)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks / priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
  • Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate have implemented applications in Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google
  • Candidate must have practical experience in creating data model for popular database platforms like Azure SQL Server , NOSQL databases
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field
  • Combined 5-10 years of experience as BSA and Software engineering skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer care related products
  • Strong experience with AWS OR Azure
  • Familiar with Microservices architecture, container technologies.
